Services

Online CBT for Young people

Structured online CBT for young people aged 13–25, usually offered over 8–12 sessions. I support young people experiencing anxiety, low mood, phobias, social anxiety, OCD-type difficulties and related wellbeing challenges

Online CBT for Parents/Carers

Individual CBT for Parents of young people aged 5 – 14. Utilising evidence based approaches to supporting parents to help their children with common wellbeing and mental health challenges. This includes anxiety around school, social and community settings, as well as difficulties regulating mood and behaviour.

Online CBT for Adults

Whilst I specialise in providing CBT to young people, I am also qualified to work with Adults and am happy to receive enquiries from adults who want to make a change in their lives. Supporting you to achieve your goals and live your life in a way which feels more fulfilled and less impacted by mental health and wellbeing challenges.
